Do I have to host my website with your web host?

Yes & No. You are able to take your website to an existing host, or one of your choosing. However, depending on the solution we select as your Content Management System (CMS) based on our preliminary discovery questions you may be required to select a specific host. Don’t worry we won’t offer a CMS that doesn’t allow for flexibility if you request it. If you already have a host and really want to stay with them we can tailor a solution that will allow for that.

Who owns the website once its created?

Its all yours. Once the website is created and handover is completed the website is all yours. We will simply manage your domain name renewal (if required) and hosting fees for as long as you wish to stay with us.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Once you’ve paid for your website in full there is no minimum contract term. If you choose to sign up to one of our ongoing maintenance plans you can. We can customise maintenance and support agreements to suit any business model. There maintenance agreements come from 1 month to 12 months and modified to suit your needs.

Can changes be made to the site once its live?

Surely can. You will be given 24/7 access to the CMS which will allow you to modify your sites content. We will provide you with training upon handover. However, if you wish to leave the responsibly of updates to us we can setup a maintenance agreement to suit your needs @ exceptionally affordable rates.

How long will it take you to build my site?

The whole process will depend on the site we are developing for you and your response to our requests. We aim to have a draft for your viewing available in 14 business days. We will allow for 2 revisions at no cost after which fees may apply. While this is happening we will also be working with your to setup your domain name and hosting account. Once this all completed the site will be up and live within 48 hours from approval (usually within 12-24).

Do you have eCommerce functions available?

Yes we do. We have have a number of eCommerce solutions that we can customise to suit your online store needs. Obviously there require more time and detail so there may be longer development times and costs associated. Fill out our contact form and we can talk to you about your options.

I already have a domain name?

No problems at all. We can point your domain name to your new website.

SEO what is it? and do you have it?

SEO stands for Seach Engine Optimisation? When done right it allows your site to rank higher on search engines for certain keywords. While we are not SEO specialists we will endevour to provide on-page SEO to help your pages rank highly. We can’t guarantee first page Google ranking but we will work with you to optimise your chances based on keyword analysis of your website required outcomes.

We do offer optional SEO packages based on your needs. We can have one our SEO contractors optimise your site. This is an additional fee and can be discussed during the discovery phase.

What pictures can I use on my site?

You can use any images you have permission to use. You will be required to provide these which we will discuss during the initial interview phase. If you require images we can provide options of either Stock Photos or developed images by our in-house image guy who can create images, sliders and logos.

Are your prices GST inclusive?

We are not currently registered for GST in Australia.

Can you upgrade my current website?

Yes we can. We offer additions, re-design and more. Prices vary depending on the work required but rest assured that we will only charge a flat quoted fee for the work that you want completed.
